Shipping & Cancellations

As of now, our shipping arrangement covers all of Bangalore. If your delivery address is within Bangalore city limits, you will be eligible for doorstep delivery!

That would depend on the product you have ordered. Appliances are typically delivered within 72 hours of the order being placed, unless of course, the customer requested for a different time slot. Furniture products can take upto five days or more if you wanted customisations to be made. However, you can always get in touch with us to arrange a delivery time that works for both you and our team. We’ll be more than happy to accommodate your requests.

Currently, orders that cost over INR 4,000/- alone will be eligible for free delivery. We are working towards making free delivery possible for every product irrespective of order value. Stay tuned for updates about this.

We’d like to inform you that we typically start manufacturing the orders within 24 HRS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. Which means that that’s your window to initiate a cancellation. We’re sorry if this causes you an inconvenience, but once our team begins on the manufacturing process, CANCELLATION WON’T BE AVAILABLE. Further, once the order has been delivered, a REFUND will not be possible. We will, however, repair or replace any manufacturing defect observed on the product. Any such defect must be notified to us at the time of delivery. In case of any other queries, get in touch with our customer care at  support@secondhandappliances.in.

Payments, Returns & Refunds

All common online payment options available on Indian e-commerce platforms are available with Guarented as well. Credit/debit cards, net banking, easy EMIs and cash on delivery, as well. You can also pay via Paytm by scanning a QR code at the time of delivery.

Oh no! That’s unfortunate. All custom designs are manufactured as per the instructions from the customer. It is unlikely that there would be a mismatch from what you had ordered.

For normal orders – Manufacturing defects, flaws, or any issue with the order must be reported to us AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ITSELF. Once the delivery is complete, a return or refund will not be possible. We urge you to make yourselves available at the scheduled delivery time so that you can inspect the product before receiving it and closing the delivery. In case of any other queries, get in touch with our customer care at support@secondhandappliances.in.

When you cancel your order, refunds will be initiated on its own within 72 hours. Your money will be automatically refunded to the account from which you made the payment from. In case of any queries regarding refund you can reach out to our support team at support@secondhandappliances.in.

It takes us upto 7 working days post cancelling the order to process your refund correctly. Once we release the funds from our end, the bank may take up to 15 days to credit the amount to your original payment mode. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you experience any delays.

Buyback Policy

The Buyback policy is a Guarented exclusive scheme designed to offer budget protection to our customers. In this scheme, customers will be able to sell us back the products they purchased from us. Kindly note, the scheme is valid only for a certain period of time after sale and the amount that we will buy the product back for will be fixed in advance. Barring minor wear and tear due to usage, the policy stands valid as long as the condition of the product has not deteriorated. Do check product specific Buyback guide for more details.

If you wish to sell the product back to us, you can initiate a Buyback request through your Guarented account. You can always directly get in touch with us via phone or email as well to make a buyback request.

Unfortunately, no. As of now, this feature is available only on select merchandise. Some products listed on our site are not eligible for Buyback guarantee. Kindly contact our support team to know if the product qualifies for Buyback. You can email us at support@guarented.com or call us at 096-06104444 for more details. Please Note : Customized products are not eligible for buyback policy.

As soon as you raise a buyback request, our team will get in touch with you to quote a tentative buyback price. If you agree to the price, we will arrange a pickup as per your convenience. Once the pickup is done and we’ve done a thorough evaluation of the product and some QC tests, we will quote the final buyback price. Unless the product’s condition has deteriorated considerably, you will qualify for our buyback policy. The amount will then be credited to you within 7-10 working days after your bank details are sent to us.

As of now, products sold on our platform qualify for buyback for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the product.

Kindly read through the following points about our Buyback policy. Guarented will be free to deny resale on any product if there is/are –

  • Visible surface imperfections, dents, damages or substantial deterioration from the condition the product was in at the time of sale.
  • Damages that reflect intentional harm or are a result of misuse, rough handling, improper installation, unofficial maintenance activities carried out by parties other than Guarented or general carelessness on your part.
  • Cracks or scratches found in the glass parts of the product like tabletops or mirrors etc.
  • Hydraulic function in beds seem damaged.
  • Springs, cushion or filling in the products seem damaged, torn or broken.
  • There are structural damages to the product that affect its functionality.

There is a good chance that you may, but we won’t be able to give you the normal compensation that applies for our buyback policy. Please get in touch with us so that we can evaluate the product thoroughly before giving you a new quote. Bear in mind that If there is considerable wear and tear or deterioration, your product may not qualify for buyback.

Repair & Maintenance

Don’t panic :). As we have the best interests of our customers in mind, we provide a free 6-month service warranty on all products sold on our platform. In addition to this, we also provide a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects on some of our furniture products. Do check for further details under the product description. Depends on the severity of the damage. But please allow us at least 7 working days to get your repairs done. We will get started on your issue as soon as you raise a repair request with us.
